Hardship Hill Team Obstacle Course Race names OEW as Charity Partner

The first annual Hardship Hill Team Obstacle Race has announced their partnership with Operation Enduring Warrior (OEW), naming OEW as the Official Charity Partner of their inaugural event. As part of the partnership, all proceeds of the event will be donated to Operation Enduring Warrior in support of their mission to honor, empower and motivate America’s wounded military service members.

"Operation Enduring Warrior is honored to have been selected as a Charity Partner for this challenging new race,” stated Kelly Farmer, VP of Communication for the organization. “At OEW, our flagship program is our racing program; which covers obstacle course racing, road races, hand-cycling, ultras, and more; allowing to our adaptive athletes to remain physically active and mentally challenged. We are always delighted to cultivate new partnerships in various regions of the country to help share our mission and grow our support. Hardship Hill in Eastern Tennessee is a great fit with our organization and one with which we hope to continue our partnership in future years. "

“F3 Knoxville created this race from the very beginning to benefit OEW. The commitment and sacrifice that our soldiers make for our country and the hardships they overcome when they come home injured does not go unnoticed,” said Chris DeFranco of Hardship Hill. “We are so thankful to all of our vets and this race is a way we can honor and celebrate them in a fun and challenging event.”
